 Design of formulas and production technology

The passionate and committed staff at our R&D Laboratory designs product formulas and production technologies. We constantly follow the trends and keep in contact with leading global suppliers. We flexibly fit to the expectations and individual needs of customers, and in the process of designing formulas, we provide advice and support backed by our experience.

 Documentation

We prepare complete documentation for placing the product on the market in accordance with applicable regulations. We work with a certified external laboratory in the field of:

application research and apparatus testing,

dermatological testing,

microbiological testing.

  Production of cosmetic masses

We own a well-equipped production department with processors for the manufacture of various formulas of skincare cosmetics: creams, lotions, gels, butters, ointments, oils, liquids and lipsticks. Our toolshop allows for the production of cosmetic masses in quantities tailored to the customer's expectations. Production takes place under restrictive conditions confirmed by GMP certificate and is performed by qualified and regularly trained personnel. Raw materials are tested on an ongoing basis prior to release for production, whereas cosmetic masses undergo control before release for direct packaging.

 Confectioning

We pack the manufactured or entrusted cosmetic masses into jars, bottles and tubes. Packaged products can be labeled, wrapped in unit packaging, foil-wrapped and placed in collective packaging. The control system carried out by our production staff under the permanent supervision of the Control and Quality Assurance Department ensures that the finished product meets the highest quality requirements.

 Warehousing and logistics

Our production plant is located in central Poland, right by the main logistic routes. Supervised warehouses with high storage systems allow for safe storage of entrusted raw materials and packaging. The manufactured products are shipped to the indicated warehouses by full truck or groupage transport.
